Have you ever seen that scene in Ratatouille where Remy tries a bite of cheese and a bite of strawberry independently — but then he takes a bite of them together and fireworks go off? I have always had a passion for pairings just like that!
When Charcuterie boards became a larger thing in 2018, I frequently ordered them as often as I could in restaurants, in bars, from local charcuterie vendors, etc and my love of pairings has grown over the years.
From the start…
Sharing that knowledge of pairings with my family, I made a small flat lay grazing table for my younger sister, her friends, and my family in November of 2022, for an in-home wine tasting that she had won. From then on, I became the go-to person for any cheese related appetizer for any event imaginable: birthdays, 4th of Julys, BBQs, etc.
Then I was asked if I could do a table for a graduation… and then another table for a birthday party… and then a themed table for a Halloween themed bridal shower. My skills had grown over the years, as the designated charcuterie board bringer for holidays & events, and the finished flat lay at the bridal shower was loved by all! So many guests approached to inquire how to book me for their events and I knew it was time to take a leap.
And thus, Cheese & Snackers was born in October 2024
Cheese & Snackers has been churning out orders ever since and I am so grateful to our very welcoming Las Vegas community and to my supportive husband & family who have all helped make my dream a reality!
