What is your refund & cancellation policy?
Boxes & Boards: All purchases of boxes or boards are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours of notice and we will be happy to issue you store credit for a later date. Box or Board orders canceled within 48 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or store credit.
Charcuterie Cups & Grazing Tables: All deposits for Grazing Tables or Charcuterie Cups are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a Grazing Table or Charcuterie Cup order, please give us at least 5 days notice and we will issue a refund for anything paid over the deposit. Grazing Tables or Charcuterie Cup orders canceled within 72 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or store credit.

When is payment due?
Boxes & Boards: Once a Cheese & Snackers team member confirms availability, we’ll be ready to proceed with full payment to finalize your booking.
Charcuterie Cups & Grazing Tables: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 calendar days before the event.

Do you offer delivery?
We do! While pick up from our kitchen at 2100 N Boulder Hwy is free, we offer delivery for a flat rate fee by zone:
0-5 mi: $10
5-10 mi: $15
10-15 mi: $20
15-20 mi: $25
20+ mi: $30+
Delivery to Las Vegas Strip Hotels is available for $25.

What are your delivery policies?
An individual must be present to accept the delivery since our boards must be refrigerated if not served immediately. The delivery window will be 30 minutes before and after the requested time. The phone # given at the time of order will receive a text 15 minutes prior to delivery.
If no one is present to accept the delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to leave it at the door due to quality assurance and our delivery driver will wait no more than 15 minutes after their arrival for the order to be received. Please contact us asap if you have changes in your schedule and we will be happy to accommodate.
Once the board is handed off, the customer assumes full responsibility for food safety. If the board is not consumed immediately and not refrigerated, we recommend consumption within 3 hours to maintain quality and prevent spoilage. Cheese & Snackers is not responsible for any allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or injuries that may occur after delivery and the customer is responsible for informing their guests of potential allergens.
What is your lead time? / How much notice do you need?
We kindly ask for the following minimum notices when placing an order:
Boxes & Boards: Standard orders may be placed up to 48 hours in advance.
If you're placing an order within 48 hours of your desired pickup or delivery time, a 12% rush fee will apply—pending staff and inventory availability.
Charcuterie Cups & Grazing Tables: We require a minimum of 3 days’ notice, as these offerings involve more planning and preparation.
We always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible, but advance notice helps ensure we can deliver the best experience for you.
Can you work with allergies?
In most cases, yes! we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible. However, please be aware of the following:
Many of our products may contain food allergens. We take food allergies seriously and make every effort to accommodate dietary needs. However, our facility may also handle common allergens, including dairy, nuts, gluten, and more. While we prioritize safety and cleanliness, cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please consider this when placing an order.
If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out before placing your order so we can discuss the best options for you.
How long will my box or board last?
We recommend serving your charcuterie box or board the same day but a board in the fridge for a few hours is perfectly fine. However, if you are serving next-day, let us know and we'll package the crackers separately for you! That way, they stay crunchy and your board can go in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, you can remove your board from the fridge 30 minutes to 1 hour before consumption, as cheese and charcuterie is best eaten at room temperature.

Why is payment for boxes & boards due upfront?
We charge upfront for our boxes & boards to ensure that we can source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients specifically for your order. Each board is custom-made with research, care, and attention to detail, and charging upfront allows us to secure all the necessary items to meet your expectations. This policy also helps streamline the process so we can focus on creating a beautiful, delicious product for you without any delays.
